Grannie Smith has been a tradition of Harriet and myself, and this year's was extra special because us girls from "Dance-Off Studios" performed a dance we ripped from dance ensemble. We performed it twice on the Plaza Stage at Eastwood and it was GREAT! So much fun, especially the second time. We had quite a few supporters, friends from school, friends from different grades, friends from tutoring and friends from north sydney boys. As Huiyoong put it, "there were actually people leaving the shops to watch us!" |

This was taken after our performance -we were all hyped up and cheery! The performance went GREAT! The school dance ensemble had 4 weeks to practice, twice a week, as well as heaps and heaps of long practices before the event... whereas "Dance-Off Studios" only had 3 actual rehearsals! Pretty sweet! From left to right: Judy, Anne (squating), Safiah, Jenny, Me, Helen, Huiyoong |
| Harriet and Me... what can I say... we pick up easy! |

Me, Helen and Lucy taking it easy before the ride, called the "Cha-Cha" (I think...). However, much to our surprise, this ride friggin kills... as you can see from the pictures below... |

Top photo: This is the opening pose for our dance. Left photo: This was Harriet being preverted and taking a photo of me in the changing room -not really a changing room, more of a cheap sauna tent they stacked behind the stage. Right photo: us dancing doing the JayZ bit -just before the salsa bit. |

This is us running through the steps at Judy's house just before our performances. How cool are Judy's slippers? |

This ride was so good last year when I sat on the inside, but THIS YEAR... I volunteered to sit on the outside -what a bit mistake!! I was squashed by the fatness that is Helen and Lucy, for rounds and rounds and rounds in the "Cha-Cha". I'm seriously, this ride kills! And as you can see, I wasn't too happy about it. |
